Roles & Responsibilities
1. 10- 14 years of relevant IT/consulting-industry experience, with 5+ years of team
leadership experience and 8+ years of hands-on experience in data processing solutions
and ETL technologies
2. Delivery manager (handled 50+ team member across multiple ETL & BI operations
projects) should have experience in leading and managing project time, scope, cost, and
outcomes across all aspects of the project through to completion and handover.
3. Ensure adherence to SOPs, rules, and operational processes, driving SLA
compliance and governance, maintain and enhance operations experience
including documentation, incident tracking, and RCA processes.
4. To oversee risk and project management methodology to ensure the successful delivery
of the project. Partner with senior leadership in project management responsibilities and
catering to the overall growth strategy of the organization.
5. Create and deliver a robust pipeline of continuous improvement and Automation to
ensure year on year improvement in margins.
6. Build relationships with client stakeholders, lead presentations related to project
deliverables, design brainstorming / discussion, status updates, innovation/
improvements, etc.
7. Translate complex client expectations and business problem into technical requirements
and strategize expansion around the requirements.
Must have:
- Strong technical hands-on experience in SQL, Analytics, ETL, DWH, and Azure, AWS
- Strong operations experience, with a detailed understanding of SOS, RCA, and
monitoring and tracking tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow, etc.
- Drive best practices in data quality, compliance, on-time delivery, and operations
management, with a proactive and detailed-oriented mindset, committed to operational
excellence.
