Strong hands-on Java development experience
Strong AWS experience
Kubernetes / Amazon EKS
Spring / Spring Boot
Microservices & REST APIs
Strong TDD and automated testing practices
Comfortable with Pair Programming
Docker & CI/CD
Experience building scalable cloud-native applications
Exposure to AI / Generative AI / LLMs
Kafka / event-driven architecture is desirable
Terraform / Infrastructure as Code is beneficial
