RemoteStar is growing quickly and we are looking to add to our business development team. We are looking for a globally experienced Business Development Specialist to develop and grow our business in Europe, North America, and more.

If you're a confident communicator who embraces the challenge of lead generation, cold calling and booking meetings - then I want to hear from you!

KPI's are in place, so you must be comfortable making a large volume of outbound calls, working in a fast-paced environment and talking on the phone comes naturally to you.

PLEASE NOTE: This role is fully remote, flexible.

As our Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for

  • Develop a global growth strategy focused both on business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting client’s objectives and needs.
  • Contact potential clients to establish relationships.
  • Research communities, organizations, and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Work with our marketing resources to plan and implement new marketing initiatives.
  • Researching & sourcing potential business opportunities & contacts.
  • Create & meet a goal for solid direct customer meetings (2nd meetings) through different sources (Email, LinkedIn and other professional networking media).

What do we value?

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, interact with, and present to potential customers, developing relationships and growing a community.
  • 3-7 years of B2B business development experience in service-based IT companies is a must.
  • Proven track record of success driving revenue through discovering, prospecting, and creating new business and comfort generating new leads quickly.
  • Strong knowledge of Lead Generation and CRM tools and how to think innovatively in their use.
  • The ability to contribute to the creation of personalized sales collaterals would be an asset.
  • Experience in developing and partnering with customers based out in International Markets preferable USA, UK, Europe, Canada, etc.
  • Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives
