At RemoteStar we are currently hiring for a client who is a world-class iGaming operator offering various online gaming products across multiple markets, both through their
proprietary gaming sites and partner brands.
Their iGaming platform is central to their strategy, supporting over 25 online brands and growing, and it's used by hundreds of thousands of users worldwide.

Responsibilities:
- 360 management of our HR operations in Lima, Peru.
- Act as the top-level HR business partner to the assigned leadership team providing continuous coaching in multi-discipline HR policies & processes.
- Responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, managing, and controlling Human Resources strategy for Peru.
- Support Managers for people matters: Organization development, leadership, coaching, HR processes, Team building, Social Climate and Employee relationships and generate management sponsorship to HR policies and initiatives.
- Implement talent management solutions to enable business priorities - through performance management, career development, succession planning, performance management and training.
- Supervise the process of payroll, wages, and other payments associated with personnel.
- Continuously work to strengthen our amazing Culture.
- Focal point for ensuring is the Employer of Choice in the Peruvian region by ensuring internal and external branding.
- Cultivate talent development and oversee recruitment needs.
You’re good with:
- Minimum of 6 years of HR experience within a fast-paced international organization.
- Experience in working with and facilitating cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Experience in scaling teams and driving local recruitment efforts.
- Good knowledge of the Peruvian Labour law. Knowledge of labour law in other LatAm markets are considered a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is a must.
